At Formicio we believe that innovation is an organisational capability that can be developed. We also believe that innovation comes from people; that most people are inherently innovative and it is their environment that either stimulates or inhibits innovation. We know that institutional memory is very strong, and in the words of the British economist John Maynard Keynes;
